If the Windows SmartScreen warning appears, click More info and then Run anyway.

When the program asks, give Sefthy Assist the Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions.

Make the file you just downloaded executable. Open its properties and turn on Allow executing file as program, or run chmod +x SefthyAssist-x86_64.AppImage in a terminal.
Open the file. If the computer has no graphical interface, the program starts in the terminal and you only need to answer its questions.
With Wayland, screen sharing asks for a confirmation and remote control can be limited. If you can, log in with an Xorg (X11) session.
Enter your name and your company and wait for the technician.
